In the slums of Uganda’s capital city, Kampala, the number of women and children with HIV and AIDS continues to rise. There are few public services to support them and because most families live on less than one dollar a day, they are unable to afford basic healthcare or education. But your gift could help provide children with everything they need to learn for a whole year – school fees, a uniform, and schoolbooks. With these essentials, children can complete their education. And as they progress through school they’ll want to challenge the stigma that often comes with the disease and show others that often they don’t need to give up on their dreams.
